University of North Carolina (UNC) Chancellor Kevin Guskiewicz repeatedly placates the Jewish community, as when he claimed to be "heartbroken and deeply offended" by the antisemitic, anti-Israel, Gaza conference hosted by UNC, for example. Even when the Department of Education became involved, no meaningful action was taken by UNC. Guskiewicz continues to spout empty words, although this may become moot since his departure to Michigan State University seems imminent.
Our community has been devastated by the horrific Hamas Islamic terrorist attacks against Israelis on October 7th. The assaults were planned over several years as “Palestinians” working for and with Jews in Israel tortured and killed the men, women and children they had come to know.
